In 2017, Derry Harrington, a former United States Naval officer, began delivering private market strategy to a carefully selected circle of investors. There was no marketing. No pitch deck. His earliest clients did not arrive through advertising. They arrived through reputation, referred by professionals who had witnessed his judgment during periods of significant market volatility. That dynamic has never changed.
By 2019, the demand had quietly outgrown the informal structure. CS United Club Ltd was formally incorporated in Denver, Colorado. The private advisory practice became a private institution.
